Building strength, stability, and legacy through story, discipline, and growth.
Maine Legacy is the foundation behind my work — books, media, discipline, and long-term wealth building.
It’s not about hype. It’s about stability, growth, and building something that lasts beyond one lifetime.
The Work
Maine Legacy is a platform focused on personal development, trauma integration, disciplined growth, and long-term stability. Through books, video content, and structured resources, the mission is to help individuals reclaim identity, regulate emotion, and build strength without hardening the heart.

Found it at the right time- Digital Guide
A psychology-focused YouTube channel exploring trauma, regulation, masculinity, personal accountability, and long-term growth — grounded conversations designed to help people integrate their past without being defined by it.
A guided resource built to help you recognize when growth, clarity, and change are already unfolding in your life — even when it doesn’t feel like it. Designed to shift perspective, strengthen faith in the process, and help you move forward with intention.
Building Behind the Scenes
Building Behind the Scenes is a real-time documentary archive of the construction phase behind Maine Legacy, Spill the Tea, content creation, books, business building, editing, setbacks, rebuilding, and everything happening behind the scenes while the vision is still being built.
Instead of only showing polished results, this project documents the real process — the imperfect middle most people never see.
Exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, creator process videos, editing sessions, reflections, and documentary-style updates are available through the Maine Legacy Ko-fi membership.
This isn’t about ignoring your emotions or trying to push through them. It’s about giving them a place to go. Most people either suppress what they feel or let it control them. This framework shows you how to contain it, understand it, and turn it into something productive—so you stop feeling stuck and start moving forward.
